Step-by-step guide to completing the arrival service form
Application & Document HelpThis form allows you to register for Vietnam Skyservice’s premium arrival services, designed to ensure a smooth and expedited entry into Vietnam. Please follow the instructions below to complete your application accurately.
Step 1: Select Service Type
► Group of Service *
Choose the appropriate service based on your flight direction:

Arrival Service – For inbound travelers arriving at Vietnamese airports

Departure Service – For outbound travelers departing Vietnam
Connection Service – For transit assistance within Vietnam
Example: If you are arriving at Tan Son Nhat (SGN), select "Arrival Service".
► Specific Service *
After selecting the group, available packages will appear. Choose one of the following:

Arrival VIP Fast Track – Priority immigration & customs clearance

Arrival VIP Fast Track + Car – Includes private airport transfer

Arrival VIP Fast Track + Car + SIM – Full package with SIM card upon arrival
-
Car Pick-Up Only – Private transfer without fast-track
-
SIM Card Only – 4G/5G local SIM and eSIM delivered at the airport

Car Rental (8 hours / 120 km) – Private car with driver for full-day use
► Vietnam Visa Status *
Please indicate your visa status:

Yes – You already possess a valid Vietnam visa

No – You do not have a visa yet
-
Visa Exemption – You are eligible for visa-free entry
Note: If you select “No”, you may opt for our Vietnam Visa service in the Add-Ons section.
Step 2: Enter Travel Information
Please provide the following:

Number of Passengers *
Total number of travelers using the service (adults and children) -
Arrival Airport *
Select: HAN (Hanoi), SGN (Ho Chi Minh City), or DAD (Da Nang)
List of Airports in Vietnam with IATA Codes -
Flight Number *
Enter exactly as shown on your ticket (e.g., VN123, SQ186) -
Arrival Date & Time *
Select your expected landing date and time (Vietnam local time)
Step 3: Add-On Services (Optional)
You may include additional services:

Round Trip (Arrival + Departure)
Step 4: Provide Personal Information
Depending on your visa status, please submit the following:
A. If You Have a Valid Visa

Vietnam visa copy (PDF or stamped)
