4.4. Response Time

Vietnam Sky Service aims to provide an initial response within 24–48 business hours after receiving all necessary information.

Cases requiring verification with the airport, driver, service provider, or third party may require additional processing time.

5. PRICING POLICY

Such fees may be subject to the provider's own cancellation and refund policies.

Vietnam Sky Service will disclose relevant fees, where possible, before the customer confirms the transaction.

5.3. Price Changes

Vietnam Sky Service reserves the right to change prices for future transactions.

The price of an order that has been confirmed and paid will not be changed, except where:

  • The customer requests a change to the service;
  • The number of passengers changes;
  • The vehicle type, route, or time changes;
  • Waiting time exceeds the original conditions;
  • Additional services are required;
  • The parties agree otherwise.

6. CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS ON SERVICE PROVISION

6.1. Time Limitations

Services are performed according to the confirmed date, time, and flight information.

Service timing may be affected by:

  • Early or late flight arrivals;
  • Flight schedule changes;
  • Airport operating conditions;
  • Immigration processing times;
  • Security or customs inspections;
  • Traffic conditions;
  • Weather;
  • Requirements of competent authorities;
  • Events beyond VSS's reasonable control.

6.2. Geographic Limitations

Services are provided only at the airports, terminals, routes, and locations published by Vietnam Sky Service or confirmed in the service booking.

Not all services are available at every airport or terminal.

6.3. Customer Requirements

Customers must:

  • Hold valid travel documents;
  • Meet the requirements of the airline and competent authorities;
  • Provide accurate flight information;
  • Be present at the instructed meeting point;
  • Comply with airport regulations.

Vietnam Sky Service is not responsible for determining on behalf of customers whether they meet visa requirements, have the right to enter the country, or are eligible to board a flight, unless a separate service expressly provides otherwise.

6.4. Service Disruptions

Services may be interrupted, changed, or become impossible to perform due to:

  • Changes to airport operating procedures;
  • Restrictions imposed by competent authorities;
  • Flight cancellations or diversions;
  • Technical incidents;
  • Severe weather;
  • Traffic incidents;
  • Strikes;
  • Natural disasters;
  • Epidemics or pandemics;
  • Force majeure events;
  • Other causes beyond VSS's reasonable control.

7.1. Payment Methods

Vietnam Sky Service may support:

  • Credit/debit cards;
  • Bank transfers;
  • E-wallets;
  • Online payment gateways;
  • Other methods displayed on the Website.

7.2. Payment Confirmation

A service booking is considered confirmed only after:

  1. The customer completes the required information;

  2. Payment has been successfully confirmed; and

  3. Vietnam Sky Service sends a service booking confirmation.

Submitting a request or beginning to complete a form does not mean that the service has been reserved.

7.3. Unusual Transactions

Customers are responsible for checking payment information and notifying VSS if they identify an unusual transaction.

Vietnam Sky Service may request additional verification where there are signs of fraud or payment risk.

7.4. Refunds

Refunds are processed in accordance with Section 9 and the specific conditions of the booked service.

The actual time for funds to be credited to the customer's account may depend on the bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

8. SERVICE CONFIRMATION AND PERFORMANCE POLICY

As Vietnam Sky Service primarily provides services that are booked in advance and performed at airports or related locations, a “completed transaction” means that VSS has confirmed the booking and performed the service within the agreed scope.

8.1. Service Confirmation Methods

Confirmations may be sent through:

  • Email;
  • The customer's account on the Website, if available;
  • Text message;
  • Messaging application;
  • Other communication methods notified by VSS.

A confirmation may include:

  • Booking reference;
  • Booked service;
  • Date and time;
  • Airport/terminal;
  • Flight;
  • Meeting point;
  • Contact information;
  • Instructions for using the service.

Customers are responsible for checking the confirmation immediately upon receipt.

8.2. Party Directly Performing the Service

Depending on the airport and type of service, Vietnam Sky Service may:

  • Perform the service directly; or
  • Coordinate with staff, drivers, service providers, and local partners.

The use of partners does not change the scope of service confirmed with the customer unless the customer is notified otherwise.

8.3. Service Time

Services are arranged based on flight information and the time stated in the confirmation.

Customers understand that the actual schedule may change due to airport operating conditions, flight operations, and factors beyond VSS's reasonable control.

8.4. Meeting Point

Customers must read and follow the meeting-point instructions provided in the confirmation.

If a customer cannot find the staff member or driver, the customer should immediately contact the provided support channel rather than leaving the meeting point without notice.

8.5. Waiting Time and No-Show

The waiting time for each service is subject to the information on the service page or in the booking confirmation.

A customer may be considered a no-show if the customer:

  • Does not appear at the meeting point within the specified waiting period;
  • Cannot be reached using the contact information provided;
  • Leaves the airport or meeting point without notice;
  • Provides incorrect flight or timing information that prevents the service from being performed.

In the event of a no-show, the payment may be non-refundable if staff, vehicles, or related costs have already been arranged or incurred.

8.6. Checking Booking Information

Customers are responsible for checking:

  • Full name;
  • Flight number;
  • Arrival/departure date;
  • Airport and terminal;
  • Number of passengers;
  • Number of baggage items;
  • Pick-up/drop-off point;
  • Contact information.

VSS may assist in checking whether the information is complete in form, but is not responsible for confirming on the customer's behalf the accuracy of information provided by the customer.

9. SERVICE CHANGE, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY

Because Vietnam Sky Service services are pre-booked and require staff, vehicles, or partners to be arranged for each customer, changes, cancellations, and refunds depend on the timing of the request and the status of service performance.

9.1. Service Change Requests

Customers may request changes to:

  • The date or time;
  • The flight;
  • The number of passengers;
  • The pick-up or drop-off point;
  • The vehicle type;
  • The service type;
  • Other relevant information.

Vietnam Sky Service will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests but does not guarantee that every change can be made.

Additional charges may apply if a change increases the cost of providing the service.

9.2. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

Customers may be eligible for a full or partial refund where:

  • A cancellation request is submitted before VSS begins arranging or performing the service and the request meets the cancellation conditions of the relevant service;
  • VSS confirms that it is unable to provide the service due to a cause for which VSS is responsible;
  • The service is canceled by VSS and no suitable alternative is available;
  • Other circumstances are specified on the service page or in the booking confirmation.

9.3. Circumstances Where a Refund May Not Be Available

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, payment may be non-refundable or only partially refundable where:

  • The customer provides incorrect information;
  • The customer does not appear at the meeting point;
  • VSS or its partner is unable to contact the customer;
  • The customer voluntarily chooses not to use the service;
  • The customer changes plans after service arrangements have begun;
  • Staff or a vehicle has already been dispatched;
  • The service has been performed in part or in full;
  • The customer is denied entry, exit, or boarding for reasons not attributable to VSS;
  • The customer does not have appropriate travel documents;
  • Third-party fees have already been incurred and cannot be recovered;
  • The customer is a no-show;
  • Other circumstances have been disclosed before payment.

9.4. Flight Delays, Changes, or Cancellations

When a flight is delayed or its schedule changes, VSS will make reasonable efforts to adjust the service time based on actual flight information and service availability.

If a flight is canceled or moved to another date, rescheduling or a refund will be considered based on:

  • When VSS receives the notification;
  • Whether staff/vehicles have already been arranged;
  • Costs already incurred;
  • Partner policies;
  • The specific conditions of the service.

9.5. Refund Request Process

A request should include:

  • Booking reference;
  • Name of the person who made the booking;
  • Service;
  • Reason for the request;
  • Supporting information or documents, if any.

VSS will review and respond within a reasonable time after receiving all required information.

9.6. Refund Method

If the request is approved, the refund will be made through:

  • The original payment method; or
  • Another method agreed between VSS and the customer.

The time for funds to be credited depends on the bank or payment service provider and is outside Vietnam Sky Service's direct control.

●      Number of passengers;

●      Baggage;

●      Vehicle requirements.

VSS or its partner will arrange an appropriate vehicle in accordance with the booking confirmation.

If the actual number of passengers or amount of baggage exceeds the capacity of the booked vehicle, the customer may be required to upgrade the vehicle or pay additional charges.

Pre-booked services are valid only for the following details stated in the confirmation:

●      Date;

●      Time;

●      Passenger(s);

●      Flight;

●      Location;

unless a change is confirmed by VSS.

Customers may not transfer the service to another person without VSS's prior approval.

10.4. Ancillary Services

SIM/eSIM services, travel services, or other amenities may be subject to separate terms and conditions of the relevant provider.

Where separate terms and conditions apply, they will be disclosed on the service page or before the customer completes the order.

11. SERVICE TERMINATION AND REFUND POLICY

11.1. Circumstances in Which a Service May Be Terminated

A service may be terminated when:

  • VSS completes the service;
  • The customer requests cancellation in accordance with the applicable policy;
  • The parties mutually agree to terminate the service;
  • The customer breaches these Terms;
  • The customer engages in conduct that threatens the safety of staff, drivers, or other persons;
  • The customer asks VSS to perform an act that is unlawful or contrary to airport regulations;
  • A competent authority requires the service to stop;
  • A force majeure event makes it impossible to continue the service.

11.2. Charges Upon Service Termination

If the customer requests termination after VSS has begun arranging or performing the service, VSS may deduct:

  • The portion of the service already performed;
  • Staffing costs already incurred;
  • Vehicle costs;
  • Partner fees;
  • Other non-recoverable amounts.

11.3. Termination Due to Vietnam Sky Service's Fault

If VSS is unable to provide the service due to a cause directly attributable to VSS and the customer does not receive a suitable alternative, the customer may be refunded an amount corresponding to the unperformed portion of the service in accordance with the applicable policy.

12. LIABILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Vietnam Sky Service undertakes to perform services with reasonable care within its control.

However, to the extent permitted by law, VSS is not liable for loss, damage, or delay arising directly from events beyond its reasonable control, including:
